Jim's journey to real estate began after a distinguished 36-year career as a Scientist and Manager with Agriculture Canada Research. Armed with a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota and extensive experience in negotiation national and international cotracts, he brings a meticulous attendtion to detail and strategic prowess to every deal. His tenure as a Past President and Treasurer of a Kanata Home Owner's Association further highlights his adeptness in managing shared properties and infrastructure. Jim is a past President and Treasurer of the Nelford Homeowner Services Association in Kanata, Ontario with experience addressing water, sewer and road maintenance issues for co-tenancy residents. Jim has travelled extensively in Europe, Thailand, India, Japan, Vietnam and the Caribbean. Member of the Ottawa Real Estate Board since 2009. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Minnesota. As a Senior Research Manager within Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, has extensive experience in researching, developing and negotiating contracts with national and international clients.
