Born in Belize C.A & moved to the Cayman Islands in 1968. After working in the Banking Industry for 25 years (ten at managerial level), Rick began his career in Real Estate in 1992. Has been solid producer with Coldwell Banker since 1996 receiving yearly awards. In depth knowledge of the local market. As a Past President of the Rotary Club of Grand Cayman Rick applies the Four Way Test to all his dealings ( Is it the Truth? Is it fair to all concerned, Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?) Rick's calm and friendly approach has resulted in many of his past clients becoming friends. For relaxation Rick loves to play tennis and travel.
