Chris is a native of South Eleuthera and a retired Royal Bahamas Defense Force Marine. His love for sailing and the outdoors, coupled with his extensive knowledge of our archipelago through his background as a Marine, encapsulates his quintessential island lifestyle. Chris has developed his vast experience in the luxury real estate market with a keen eye for detail through his recent employment as a Sales and Marketing Executive with one of the largest mega-resorts in the Caribbean. Honesty and integrity, along with determination and dedication, are the philosophies that Chris strives to achieve in all aspects of his life. Applying these principals to business has allowed him to become a luxury Sales Agent known for his unmatched devotion to his clients. Chris’ success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals of which he has earned the respect of his clients, by working tirelessly on their behalf and by always offering sincere advice.

When he isn’t working with Buyers and Sellers, Chris enjoys beach yoga, marathon training and spending time with his family.
