Originally from US Southwest and now a Caymanian citizen, Tracy has lived and worked in the Cayman Islands since the early 1980’s. Tracy is well known in the Cayman business and financial community, having been a senior bank officer and lender with over 20 years experience in both the US and the Cayman Islands financial industries. In additional to his banking experience, he was also the manager/broker of a family owned property management and real estate company before joining the Coldwell Banker team in 2010. Tracy brings a wealth of experience to Coldwell Banker clients through his extensive knowledge of conveyancing and real estate finance structure.
