Rising through the ranks at RBC from humble beginnings as a co-op student in the Personal Service Centre and moving rapidly to Team Leader for the New Mortgage Department, Tania became viewed as a valuable asset to branches and lawyers by her team and management. Recognized for her skill, Tania rose to Senior Team Leader of Business Banking and Investigations, where she honed her skills in implementing processes and controls and perfecting her client services, regulatory and execution diligence, with 12 years of dedicated service to RBC. Since earning her Real Estate License in 2006 and then her Real Estate Broker License in 2013 and becoming the Broker of Record for Coldwell Banker The Real Estate Centre Tania has enjoyed an extensive history of working with countless satisfied clients. To permit the Brokerage to flourish, Tania has focused on building a strong support network of support for her realtors in the brokerage with training and retention strategies. Tania entered into Organized Real Estate in 2014, and in 2019 became the President of the Barrie & District Association of Realtors, progressing to become the 2020-2022 Ontario Real Estate Association Director-at-Large, to ultimately the 2022 President-Elect of the Ontario Real Estate Association. Tania has been instrumental in the growth and success of CBTREC. From its startup roots in 2006 to its present 8 office locations, and 270 Realtors and its award-winning Ultimate Service and Chairman's Circle Company these remarkable achievements are attributed to the passion and dedication of its leadership.
