Martina is a second generation real estate professional - her father, Victor Durant (Durant Real Estate),was a well known broker of many years. Martina's ancestry dates back to the early settlers in North Eleuthera, the Bahamas, as well as the Caribbean island of Barbados.
She has a strong background in business and customer relations, having successfully managed multiple retail stores for 14 years. Martina built a solid clientele through hard work and by going the extra mile for her customers.
She became a BREA licensed real estate agent in 2008 and her expertise is in residential sales and rentals.
Martina is committed to achieving a successful conclusion to the transaction and to providing accurate information backed by integrity. She has strong negotiating skills, a knack for attention to detail and her personal goal is to exceed client expectations.
Martina enjoys boating, travelling to the beautiful Family Islands of the Bahamas and spending time with her family.
