Greg Hessian understands people and their unique circumstances. He is very creative in challenging and demanding situations. Greg attributes his unique skill sets to his broad personal, professional, and educational background, which makes him an ideal real estate agent for you. After residing in many places throughout Ontario, Greg currently uses Barrie as a home base, and works amongst all of the Coldwell Banker – The Real Estate Centre, Brokerage offices. He is very well educated having graduated from business school at Lakehead University in marketing and holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Western Ontario. He also has completed an advanced certification in dispute resolution, a collaborative program through the University of Windsor. From a real estate perspective, Greg has extensive experience in negotiating and mediating complex situations throughout his career. His primary focus is on customer service and concentrates on doing the right thing, at the right time, for the right reasons for his clients. Greg spends quite a bite of time on Lake Simcoe and Lake Couchiching boating in the summer and sledding in the winter. He knows lake front properties and is considered a specialist in this area. On a personal side, Greg is very adventurous and enjoys travelling to foreign lands or simply looking for a hidden gem around the corner. He is an avid scuba diver and enjoys playing hockey.
