I am a long time Residential and Commercial property investor with many years of experience in the acquisition and management of a diverse portfolio which includes day care centers, retail/medical stores, restaurants, places of worship, telecommunications server buildings, auto parts supply warehouse, a Medical Spa and residential housing.

I have a vast amount of experience dealing with commercial and residential leases and sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and the Commercial Tenancies Act.
