Harrison is a graduate of the University of Victoria with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Gustavson School of Business and is now a licensed broker specializing in Victoria and its surrounding municipalites. Harrison's previous experience in real estate stems from being a property research analyst for an investment fund and as a real estate appraiser. Harrison's background has provided him with an expertise in property valuation which applies to residential, investment and development property. In the residential sphere, Harrison supports buyers and sellers of all backgrounds be it first time buyers, investors, upsizers and downsizers to attain exceptional returns on one of life's biggest investments. On the investment side, Harrison's background has provided him with a superior understanding of how to value investment property to ensure lasting returns. This has applied to identifying strong multifamily investment opportunities and potential development land projects for clients which include both on and off market properties. Harrison's valuation experience has also helped guide sellers of such property to achieve strong returns on their investments. Outside of his work in real estate, Harrison is a passionate sports fan and enjoys staying active in his free time participating in local sports leagues and exploring everything Vancouver Island has to offer.
