Personal Profile

As an Illinois native, Sara Ledbetter discovered a passion for the housing industry during her 8 years of experience in new residential home construction, leading her to pursue a career in Real Estate. After a visit to St. Croix in 2019, she fell in love with the beauty, lifestyle and sense of community which inspired her to pack up her life in Illinois and pursue a career as a licensed Real Estate Agent and Property Manager on the island. Sara believes that where you live becomes the center of your universe, your “home base”, a place where memories are made or new lives can blossom. With happiness, purpose and a thoughtful spirit, listening to her clients’ wants and needs are her priority.
