Being born in India, moving to England in 2003, and finally migrating to Canada in 2009, I have been blessed with a comparison of what makes our country so awesome.Winnipeg has been a fabulous city to build a life in, with it's affordable housing market, and a blend of historic and modern architecture. As a proud husband, and father of two boys, my family has enjoyed exploring the city's landmarks, and hidden gems. The cultural diversity, world-class ballet and symphony, along with our parks, galleries, and museums, make this city a special place. Add to that some outstanding dining, and we are hard to beat.With the space needs of my family changing as we grew, the decision to build a new home was daunting. This is a more challenging process than purchasing an existing property, but my wife and I decided we were up for it. As we navigated all of the decisions that needed to be made about design and finishes, as well as the timelines around the financing and other requirements, I made the decision to begin a career in the real estate industry. With over 15 years of combined technical, sales and marketing experience, I have a well-developed skill set that compliments my real estate business.
