Lerna brings her expertise in accounting and banking coupled with her CIREBA training and knowledge of the local marketplace to assist her client with the task of buying and selling property, a very important investment/monetary decision for anyone. Lerna is Jamaican born and holds Cayman citizenship. Her professional background is in accounting, having trained at auditing firms Coopers & Lybrand and PriceWaterhouse. She moved to Cayman in the mid 80's and she has worked in the hotel, banking and fund industries. Lerna has always been active in the real estate market, having bought and sold homes in Jamaica and Grand Cayman. Over the years Lerna has advised both family and friends on how to invest in real estate both here in Cayman and overseas. It was therefore a natural progression for her to take on a full-time role as a CIREBA trained Professional. She is now pursuing her passion and her desire is to satisfy her clients as well as provide a low-stress real estate process. She is an active member of her church community at St. Ignatius and a member of the National Gallery. In her leisure time Lerna keeps busy with her volunteer work, her latest project was arranging the costume room for the National Cultural Foundation.
