Having lived, attended school and worked in and around Uxbridge, Port Perry, and the Kawartha Lakes all my life, I have practical knowledge of the area and have witnessed many changes and improvements to these and surrounding areas. I have worked in many aspects of the customer service industry for over fifteen years giving me a special insight into what it takes to provide the SERVICE my clients are looking for. Real Estate has been a passion of mine for many years and I am excited to now be a part of this dynamic industry. Meet The Larmer Coxworth Real Estate Team Shane and Chris have each lived in and around Uxbridge and the Kawartha’s all their lives.They’ve both had a passion for homes of all types from early on and have been in the business since - Shane (2015), and Chris (2017). Prior to careers in Real Estate, they come from a long history of retail and hospitality, bringing with them many unique skill sets from those fields and a passion to make sure their clients get the best treatment. They now have their ears to the ground in Uxbridge and the surrounding areas making sure they’re on top of and in-the-know of current market conditions. Shane and Chris have also completed their Global Luxury® designations from Coldwell Banker and the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing helping to set them above the crowd and vastly expanding their reach to different property types.

Shane Shane has been with Coldwell Banker R.M.R. Real Estate since 2015. Born and raised in Uxbridge he has a passion for the community and has extensive knowledge of Uxbridge and the surrounding areas. 20 years experience in the retail industry combined with being a graduate of Centennial College in Architectural Technology benefits every client with excellent customer service plus knowledge of home construction and design. Chris Chris joined Coldwell Banker R.M.R. Real Estate in 2017. He brings with him over 20 years experience in the Hospitality and Retail industries as well as an education in Interior Design. His passion and knowledge for Interior Decorating began early on in life which made a career in Real Estate a natural choice and ultimately the perfect avenue to combine all of his skills.
