Farm in Montebello


Located in the picturesque Montebello area, just 10 km from Tuscania and 7 km from Tarquinia, our farm extends over an area of about 30 hectares. Of these, over 20 hectares are arable land, 4 hectares host an ancient olive grove and the rest is covered by woodland.
With about 300 Canino quality olive trees, we produce up to 800 liters of extra virgin olive oil annually, varying according to the season. Since 2021, the company has been certified organic by Bioagricert, with the commitment to maintain this regime until 2028.
The company is equipped with municipal water and has three wells: two active with electric motor and an ancient one with a wind pump. The buildings include a 19th century stone farmhouse of about 120 square meters, a 50 square meter warehouse and a 150 square meter shed with a 10 kW photovoltaic system, equipped with three Fronius inverters replaced two years ago.
Currently, the company is under-exploited, with an annual income of around €35,000, which varies depending on the crops sown.
It is specified that there is the opportunity to add additional land for a total of 40 hectares which are positioned on the border with the company for sale.
